As an experienced and professional counsellor for over 25 years, I offer assistance to adults and youth who are seeking to:

I use a collaborative approach in counselling to help individuals, couples and families who are seeking ways to manage stress, improve health/wellness and restore relationships.

Using a cognitive behavioural approach (CBT), our initial sessions will focus on assessing your needs and setting goals for success. I incorporate mindfulness practices with CBT for clients who are interested in this complimentary approach.
